These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of lbfpickleball.com and your interactions with LBF Pickleball (“LBF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

A reservation, membership, program, event, or other purchase may include additional terms presented in CourtReserve, at checkout, in a confirmation, or in a separate waiver. Those transaction-specific terms are part of your agreement with LBF and control if they conflict with these general Terms.

Court reservations, membership enrollment, billing, and eligible program or event registrations are completed through CourtReserve. A request is not confirmed until CourtReserve provides confirmation.

• Accurate information. You agree to provide current, complete information and to keep your CourtReserve account and payment details secure.
• Prices and availability. Current prices, taxes, fees, booking windows, benefits, and availability are those shown when you complete the transaction. Website descriptions are informational and may be updated before a booking or purchase is confirmed.
• Recurring charges. If a membership is identified as recurring at signup, you authorize the disclosed recurring charges until the membership is changed or canceled under the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.
• Payment issues. Failed or reversed payments may delay or suspend access to a reservation, membership, program, or other service.

Cancellation windows, no-show rules, membership changes or pauses, refund eligibility, and rebooking options may vary by service or membership. The rules presented in CourtReserve or communicated for the specific transaction apply.

Submit eligible changes or cancellations through CourtReserve when that option is available. If you need help, contact LBF promptly. A request is not complete until it is confirmed. Any refund that is due will generally be returned to the original payment method, subject to processing times outside our control.

LBF may cancel, move, or modify a reservation, program, event, or membership benefit because of facility conditions, safety, staffing, demand, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. When this happens, the available credit, refund, or rebooking option will be communicated to affected customers.

Pickleball and other athletic activities involve inherent risks, including collision, falls, overexertion, and contact with equipment, surfaces, or other participants. Use the facility only when you can do so safely and follow posted rules and staff instructions.

• Act respectfully toward players, guests, staff, and property.
• Use courts, equipment, and facility areas only for their intended purposes.
• Promptly report injuries, unsafe conditions, or damaged equipment to staff.
• Do not participate while impaired or against the advice of a qualified medical professional.

You are responsible for guests included in your booking. A parent or legal guardian must complete required agreements for a minor and is responsible for the minor’s compliance with facility rules. Any separate participation waiver or release remains fully applicable.

LBF may refuse entry, remove a person, suspend privileges, or cancel a booking when reasonably necessary for safety, misconduct, nonpayment, rule violations, or disruption of facility operations.

LBF owns or licenses the website’s text, graphics, branding, photographs, design, and other content. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes related to learning about or using LBF services.

You may not:

• Interfere with the website, bypass security, introduce harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Scrape, copy, republish, sell, or exploit website content without permission.
• Impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

The website links to CourtReserve and may link to other independent services. Their own terms and privacy notices govern your use of those services. LBF does not control their availability, security, or content.

We work to keep website and facility information accurate, but schedules, prices, programs, amenities, and availability may change. The website is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, current, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LBF is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the website or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms do not replace any separate waiver, release, assumption-of-risk agreement, membership agreement, or transaction-specific terms you accept.

We may update these Terms when our services, practices, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

New Jersey law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
