What information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with this website.
- Information you provide. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, selected topic, message, and anything else you choose to include.
- Technical and usage information. Our hosting and security providers may automatically process IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, and diagnostic or security events.
- Information handled elsewhere. Reservations, payments, memberships, and CourtReserve accounts are completed on CourtReserve. CourtReserve collects that information under its own policies and may make relevant club records available to LBF so we can provide your membership and facility services.
Please do not send health, financial, government identification, or other sensitive information through the contact form.
