• Information you provide. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, selected topic, message, and anything else you choose to include.
• Technical and usage information. Our hosting and security providers may automatically process IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, timestamps, referring page, and diagnostic or security events.
• Information handled elsewhere. Reservations, payments, memberships, and CourtReserve accounts are completed on CourtReserve. CourtReserve collects that information under its own policies and may make relevant club records available to LBF so we can provide your membership and facility services.

Please do not send health, financial, government identification, or other sensitive information through the contact form.

• Respond to questions, requests, and customer-service messages.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the website.
• Coordinate reservations, memberships, programs, and facility services when you ask us to.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and other harmful activity.
• Meet legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of our visitors, members, staff, and business.

We do not use personal information from this website for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as reasonably needed for the following purposes:

• Service providers. Vendors help us host and secure the site and deliver contact messages. Contact form submissions are transmitted through Resend.
• CourtReserve. When you follow a booking link, you leave our website and use CourtReserve. Review the CourtReserve App Privacy Policy.
• Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is required by law or needed to protect people, rights, property, or the integrity of our services.
• Business transactions. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal information and request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy. You may also have rights to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; LBF does not currently engage in those activities through this website.

To make a request, email lbfpickleball@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Tell us what you are requesting and the email address connected with your interaction. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying with the subject “Privacy appeal.” We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
